Tipper Van 2
This van came to us the month after we came back from taking the mini-busses. It was donated by AES Roofing, and has spent the last 20 months parked on a field in Hallow.
It is by far the worst of the vans and needs extensive welding and major brake repair work. It also does not run. To make matters worse, the cab is in very poor condition and the windscreen is smashed! The tipper works well (which is a bonus) but the tipper bed is full of holes!
The cabin controls are also all broken and there is no radio.
We have started repairing this van now and I can report that all the welding has been done! A small tipper in The Gambia cannot be valued. The vehicle is the most important one to get to The Gambia.
